The counting of votes has begun. According to the counting that began from Dhaulagiri Rural Municipality-1, the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) has taken the lead in the preliminary phase. <\/p>\n<p>NCP&#8217;s Arjun Thapa got 201 votes while independent candidate Mahabir Pun came second with 61 votes.
