As of 11 am, 10.18 per cent voter turnout was recorded across the country. <\/p>\n<p>Joint Secretary and Spokesperson of the Election Commission, Narayan Prasad Bhattarai, said that a total of 1,923,824 votes were cast across the country as of 11:00 am. This is 10.18 percent of the total voters. <\/p>\n<p>There are 1,89,03,689 voters in the election.
