Locals of Manebhanjyang Rural Municipality-7 in Okhaldhunga boycotted the election. According to Chief District Officer Mekh Bahadur Mangranti, no voter cast his vote till 10:00 am. According to him, no voter took part in the voting at the centre located at the Shahid Memorial Basic School in Manebhanjyang-7. <\/p>\n<p>A total of 701 voters cast their votes at the polling station. &#8220;No voter has reached out so far. No one has cast their votes,&#8221; said CDO Mangranti. <\/p>\n<p>According to him, the locals were angry saying that the demand for the construction of the provincial hospital had not been addressed. <\/p>\n<p>They boycotted the voting, saying that their demands should be fulfilled or else they would not ask for votes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
