Narendra Sah Kalwar, the candidate of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) from Sarlahi-3, has been blacklisted by the Credit Information Centre. <\/p>\n<p>The candidacy of Kishori Sah, the candidate for the House of Representatives election from Dhanusha constituency-1, was rejected on the same list. <\/p>\n<p>According to the Credit Information Center, Kalwar was last blacklisted by the Centre on November 19, 2081. Which seems to be going on till now. <\/p>\n<p>He has also been accused of delaying various projects awarded to him in the construction business. <\/p>\n<p>In the previous election, he was defeated by CPN-UML&#8217;s Hari Prasad Upreti.
