Issuing a press release today, General Secretary Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ said, “Organizing the military parade without knowledge of the political parties and the public is a serious game against national sovereignty and independence. The statement said, <\/p>\n
“It is a deadly act to hold and play a military parade in such a mysterious manner at a time when there is an ongoing controversy about US intervention. We strongly condemn both sides. \u201d<\/p>\n
