Kathmandu. JHAPA: Stones were pelted at the liaison office of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) at Jhapa-5 last night. The liaison office is being operated at the house of Jaya Prakash Adhikari at Kamal Rural Municipality-2. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
According to the police, the window pane of the house was shattered when stones were pelted at night.TAG_OPEN_p_8 Although the RSP’s liaison office was operating on the upper floor of the house, the stone shattered the glass of the room where the house’s house was staying, Jhapa police said. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Chief District Officer (CDO) of Jhapa, Shivaraj Gelal, however, said that there was no damage in the room where the contact office is located.TAG_OPEN_p_7
‘It has been reported that the window pane of the officer’s house was broken due to stone pelting. Further investigation into the incident is underway.” <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Reacting to the incident, RSP regional president Bheshraj Bhattarai said that the stone pelting at the house where the liaison office is located is a serious matter and demanded an impartial investigation.TAG_OPEN_p_6 <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
