Gold and silver ornaments worth Rs 10.4 million have been stolen from a house in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-6, Bouddha Tusal, police said on Sunday. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>According to SSP Santosh Khadka of Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, the theft took place on Tuesday afternoon.TAG_OPEN_p_5 Preliminary suspicion is that the theft took place when the house owner Rinji Lama had gone to wash clothes and dry them on the roof. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>SSP Khadka said, &#8220;We have received information that he spent about an hour on the roof to dry clothes.TAG_OPEN_p_4 It appears that the theft took place on that occasion.
