This place has become a tourist destination with the construction of a huge statue of Mahadev in Pumdikot of Pokhara Valley. Pokhara is becoming popular as a new destination for domestic and foreign tourists. <\/p>\n<p>A 51 feet tall statue of Lord Shiva has been erected in Pumdikot. The structures with statues have been constructed here with the aim of making it a religious tourism hub. A total of 108 Shivalingas, Damaru, Kalash and other structures have been constructed in around 22 ropanis of land. <\/p>\n<p>Pumdikot, which is located at a distance of 13 kilometers from Pokhara Bazaar, offers panoramic views of the mountain range, Sarangkot, Fewa Lake and Pokhara area.
