Nepali Congress President Gagan Thapa has mobilized a team of education, health, agriculture, irrigation and IT to study the problems of Sarlahi-4 area. He pledged to work in a systematic manner by directly talking to the voters. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>According to Thapa, the parliamentarian office will be set up in Sarlahi-4 where the people of the area can register their problems.TAG_OPEN_p_5 The office will also be opened in Kathmandu along with Sarlahi. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"833\"> He said, &#8220;The problem here will immediately reach the Kathmandu office. I do most of my work from there.
