Kathmandu. Ajaya Sodari, who has been staging a hunger strike at Maitighar Mandala in Kathmandu, has been admitted to Bir Hospital today after his health deteriorated. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Sodari was on a hunger strike for the last 9 days putting forth a six-point demand.TAG_OPEN_p_36 His health condition eventually deteriorated as the government did not show any interest even after the hunger strike continued for 9 consecutive days. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Sujan Poudel, coordinator of Genji United, described the government’s behaviour as “cruel and insensitive”.TAG_OPEN_p_35 <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The hospital’s Dr. According to Jagat BK, Sodari’s health condition was deteriorating and he had to be admitted immediately. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Fair investigation and strict action should be taken against those accused of corruption. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
The direct executive system should be implemented. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
The state should be restructured through amendment or rewriting of the constitution. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Voting rights of Nepali citizens living abroad should be guaranteed. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
