KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) senior leader Balendra Shah is scheduled to campaign in Kailali and Kanchanpur districts today. <\/p>\n<p>According to the party, a special program has been organized in Kailali and Kanchanpur to welcome Balen. <\/p>\n<p>His campaign has already begun with a welcome and felicitation program at Rajapur at 7 am. Welcome and felicitation programs will be organized in Lamki, Bardagoria, Sukhad, Parmanpur, Masuriya, Chaumala, Attariya and Dhangadhi Bazaar. <\/p>\n<p>He is scheduled to leave Dhangadhi for rehabilitation at 3:30 pm.
