Kathmandu. The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration has sent a circular to all 753 local levels and 77 District Coordination Committees to enforce the election code of conduct, 2082. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
According to Ministry’TAG_OPEN_p_5 s Section Officer Dipesh Kattel, the election code of conduct has been enforced since 12:00 midnight on January 18 and the concerned local levels and district committees have also written to enforce it in their respective areas. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The government had published the notice of the code of conduct, 2082 BS in the Nepal Gazette on December 26.TAG_OPEN_p_4 The bill will also apply to the National Assembly election on January 24 and the House of Representatives election scheduled for March 4. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The Ministry has provided necessary information to all levels and committees through a letter requesting them to pay attention to the implementation of the code of conduct.
