CPN-UML&#8217;s Samjhana Devkota has been elected from Gandaki Province in the National Assembly election. Devkota won the election in Pokhara with a weightage of 5,014 votes. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>In Gandaki Province, 223 out of 228 voters cast their votes.TAG_OPEN_p_3 Two lawmakers of RPP and 3 representatives of the ruling alliance did not participate in the voting. Devkota was leading in the election despite a weightage of 91 votes against 5,105 votes for the ruling alliance candidate who was required to get 5,105 votes. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Office of the Chief Election Officer is yet to officially announce the results.TAG_OPEN_p_2 Goma Ghimire of Nepal Communist Party and Laxmi Baskota of Rastriya Janamorcha were also in the fray for the election. <\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>.
