Inspector General of Armed Police Force (APF) Raju Aryal has said the Armed Police Force (APF) was committed to conducting the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives in a safe, fear-free and systematic manner. He said this while speaking at a function organized to mark the 25th anniversary of the Armed Police Force (APF) on Friday. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

According to Aryal, the police will be fully active to prevent criminal activities and vandalism during the election.TAG_OPEN_p_38 “It is imperative to create a fearless environment and we are fully committed to it,” he said. \u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

IGP Aryal said that the APF is not only responsible for election security but also in internal security, border security, disaster management and peacekeeping missions.TAG_OPEN_p_37 The Armed Police Force (APF) has been deployed in the frontline especially along the border areas towards India and China. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

On the occasion, officers, soldiers and people from different walks of life were honored for their outstanding work.TAG_OPEN_p_36 Stating that the APF is associated with sacrifice, dedication and sacrifice, Aryal said that it has been actively contributing to border security, educational scholarships and welfare of the border students. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The Armed Police Force was established through an ordinance on 9th Magh 2057 BS and currently has around TAG_OPEN_p_35 37,000 personnel.
