Medical practitioner and royalist activist Durga Prasai has been arrested again. The police from the Cyber Bureau arrested him from his residence in Bhaktapur a while ago. <\/p>\n<p>According to the police, a complaint has been filed against Rachana Khatiwada for making objectionable remarks against RSP MP Rachana Khatiwada. Prasain had accused Rachana Khatiwada, who is also the mother of martyr Rasik Khatiwada, of becoming a parliamentarian on the basis of her son&#8217;s corpse. <\/p>\n<p>Khatiwada had objected to Prasain&#8217;s statement in the parliament meeting. During this, she cried uncontrollably.
