This amount is 21.2 percent more than the same period last year. Remittances worth Rs 177.41 billion were received in the last fiscal year. <\/p>\n
Similarly, Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has said that the total remittance inflow in the last fiscal year stood at Rs 23.63 trillion. <\/p>\n
In the current fiscal year, the remittance inflow in US dollars has increased by 10 percent. It has increased by 2 percent to 1.4 billion. In the same period last year, it had increased by 25 percent. <\/p>\n
In the current fiscal year, the net second income (net transfer) was Rs 229.98 billion. Such income was Rs 193.85 billion in the same period of the previous fiscal year. <\/p>\n
In the first month of the current fiscal year, the number of Nepalis taking final work permit for foreign employment is 42,693 and the number of people taking re-labor permit is 27,748. In the same period last year, the number of such people was 44,466 and 23,644 respectively. <\/p>\n
