Kathmandu. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has left for Kathmandu for a three-day visit. <\/p>\n
He left for New Delhi today at the invitation of the Government of India. According to his secretariat, the main objective of the visit is to collaborate on various dimensions of economic, political and diplomatic issues between the two countries, including post-disaster reconstruction. <\/p>\n
Finance Minister Dr Wagle will meet his Indian counterpart Nirmala Sitharaman, former foreign secretary Shyam Saran and Indian External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar. He is scheduled to meet Dr S Jaishankar. Wagle will also attend a mega meeting to be hosted by India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) chairman Javed Ashraf tomorrow. <\/p>\n
He will also be the keynote speaker at a conference with reputed industrial houses to be organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry on Saturday.
